 When do your candles launch?

Our very first collection is almost here after we complete testing! Five new scents, each hand-crafted and poured in small batches, are on the way. Join our mailing list or follow @brighterblazeco on Instagram to be the first to know when we launch.

What kind of wax do you use?

Our candles are made only with a premium coconut soy wax blend — clean-burning, vegan, and sustainable.

What kind of wicks do you use?

We use high-quality wooden wicks or lead-free cotton wicks, depending on the tin. Each is tested for even, reliable burning.

Do your candles burn clean?

Yes — We avoid paraffin and phthalates. Every ingredient is selected with care for a smooth, toxin-conscious burn.

How long will my candle last?

Our 7 oz. candles burn for 35–45 hours, while our 15 oz. size lasts 75–95 hours with proper care. Come back to see our Candle Care guide soon.

How many candles will be available?

As a small-batch candle company, each collection is poured in limited quantities. They’ll be available only while supplies last, so don’t wait to grab yours!

Can I preorder or reserve a candle?

We’re not offering preorders just yet, but early supporters will be the first to know when our limited release opens.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes?

Yes — you’ll be able to add a personal touch to any order with optional gift messages and simple wrapping.

Can I send a candle directly as a gift?

Absolutely. Just enter the recipient’s shipping address during checkout. No prices will be shown in the package.

Where do you ship from?

All candles are poured, packed, and shipped from Memphis, Tennessee.

Do you offer local pickup in Memphis?

We’re exploring this option for local customers early 2026. Stay tuned for pop-up and market locations around the Soul City.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the U.S. — but we hope to expand soon.

How long will shipping take?

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days from purchase. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.

How do I place an order?

After launch, our online store will be live so you can browse all candles, add your favorites to your cart, and check out with ease. Stay tuned for the official release!
